Development Values

Readable tension, restrained presentation, grounded gear decisions, and maps that make every route feel deliberate.

Current Focus

Movement feel, patrol behavior, extraction timing, weather visibility, inventory access, and audio readability.

The project started as a side build after years on larger teams — driven by the feeling that most survival games spend more time on menus than on the actual walk between objectives. LastSurvivor is an attempt to fix that by keeping systems readable and pressure grounded.
